I spent a decade working for a large investment bank where work/life balance was minimal. It was up to me to create my own path for a successful life professionally and personally.

I started leading training programs for new analysts as well as other teams internally in addition to being an unofficial mentor to many young professionals.

My goal is to provide a structured coaching program where by defining, reviewing and creating actionable targets I can provide the tools to achieve goals professionally and/or personally.
